HRIS Specialist
Jerry joined the Fund in 2021 and oversees time and attendance and HRIS. He is pursuing a master's degree in Cybersecurity at Quinnipiac University. Jerry lives in Connecticut with his family. In his free time he likes reading, watching sports, and playing video games with his kids.
HR Generalist
Keri Finnegan joined the Fund in 2024 as the HR Generalist. Her focus is on employee benefits and leave programs, including administration, vendor management, compliance, and communications. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University and is currently pursuing additional education through Rutgers School of Social Work. She currently resides in Hoboken, NJ and enjoys spending time traveling to favorite destinations and attending live music events whenever possible.
Senior Director of HR and Payroll
Ruthy joined the Fund in 2015 and oversees Human Resources and Payroll. She holds a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Southern Maine. Ruthy lives in New Jersey with her family and enjoys hiking, cooking, and birdwatching.
Payroll Specialist
Linh Nguyen joins the Fund as the new Payroll Specialist! She brings several years of experience managing multi-state payroll, with a strong focus on improving processes and supporting teams behind the scenes. A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Human Resource Management, Linh enjoys problem-solving—whether it’s resolving payroll discrepancies or streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency.
Senior HR Manager
Will first joined the Fund in 2018 and rejoined in March 2024. Will’s role is to help oversee the employee life cycle and work on process changes for the HR team. He is currently pursuing a master's degree in Human Resources Management at NYU. He lives in Brooklyn and enjoys running, reading and studying Japanese in his free time.
HR Coordinator
Annalice joined the Fund in 2025 as the HR Coordinator, supporting onboarding, benefits, and employee communications. She is pursuing a dual degree at Lehman College—a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in Data Science & AI with a minor in Business and HR. Annalice is preparing for the SHRM-CP certification in 2026. A lifelong New Yorker, she enjoys taking long walks, listening to music, watching movies and anime, and collecting stationery.
