Getting your account set up
Visit https://clients.brighthorizons.com/FCNY
Select the “Join Today” button
You will be prompted to enter your "Inova User Name". This is the same username that you use when logging into the Inova timesheet and payroll portal.
Create a password for future use of the website.
If prompted, enter Employer Username: FCNY and Password: Benefits4You.
On your Dashboard click “Register to Unlock” to access your benefits! You can make a reservation or simply choose to view benefit information.
Complete your Care Profile now so when you really need the care, you don’t have much to do.
Fill Out Your Employee Profile: Provide your relevant contact and employment information.
Add Care Recipients: Enter your relationship, care location(s), and health information, and download/complete any required care forms. When adding care recipients, please enter height as “_ft _in” and weight as “___lbs”.
Enable Authorized Contacts: Add any adults (e.g., spouse/partner, grandparent, or friend) as an emergency contact and/or authorized to pick up care recipients.
Enter Care Locations: Let Bright Horizons know where you will typically need care.
Note: If your benefit eligibility cannot be confirmed, you can still register by calling 877-BH-CARES and your personal username and password will be delayed until confirmation is received from FCNY.
