Employees will also receive two floating holidays starting October 1, 2025. New employees after October 1, 2025 will also receive two floating holidays. New employees who start after April 1, 2026 will receive one floating holiday.

Timesheets, semi-monthly pay statements and annual tax documents can be accessed through the Inova Employee Portal.

You can also make changes to your tax withholdings, update your address, and view your accrual balances in the portal.

Navigate to the Inova Employee Portal login page. Click on "Forgot My Password" and follow the prompts.
